This vacation retreat is located in the gated community of Lakeside and features a gourmet-style kitchen, plenty of spacious decks—and access to the beautiful Lakeside community pool. All of the fun and excitement of Seaside and WaterColor are just four miles away. Beginning on the first floor, gorgeous walnut floors are complemented by beautiful finish carpentry throughout. The gourmet-style kitchen features select stainless appliances, including a gas range stove and a wine fridge. Granite countertops include a spacious island that incorporates seating for 4. The kitchen opens onto the living room, where you’ll find plenty of comfy seating and a vast flat-screen TV. Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 6. The first floor also has the first of the two master suites, with a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower only. Down the hall is a spacious laundry room with a beautiful custom barn door to close the space off and a half bath. Ascending to the second floor, you’ll find a beautiful and spacious primary wing. It has a king bed with a private bathroom offering a lovely soaking tub and a spacious separate shower. A few steps away is a bedroom-sized walk-in closet with plenty of storage space, which could also fit a pack-and-play or trundle bed. There is also a private large screened-in porch which is an excellent place for morning coffee or watching the sunset. This wing can be closed off to create plenty of privacy from the rest of the house if desired. Down the hall is a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds. This is a large room with plenty of space for multiple people with a walk-in closet. Next to this bedroom is a “hang out” space with bean bag chairs, board games, and a smart TV with gaming capabilities creating a space for everyone. Both guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower, along with two separate sinks. The outdoor spaces truly set “Off Season” apart. The welcoming front porch has a comfy twin-sized bed swing and two teak rockers, making it the perfect place to relax with friends and loved ones. Around the corner is a grilling area. The spacious screened-in porch has beautiful french doors off the kitchen with views of Redfish Lake. This home is just steps from the bike trail, offering easy access to plenty of shopping and restaurants!     Great spot super close to breach via golf cart. Had more than enough room for our family. Loved the second story back porch for morning coffee. Would return again for sure!

    We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and immediately felt like home. Our kids especially loved the small kid’s room with bean bags. They spent lots of time in there playing and relaxing. The location is fantastic—walking distance to ice cream and restaurants, and just a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The welcome guide was very helpful and made everything easy. The only issue we ran into was the power going out twice during our stay, but it came back on quickly both times and didn’t cause much disruption. One heads-up for future guests: the community pool has no lighting in or around it, which made it feel unsafe after dark. We had to carefully gather the kids and exit the area. Not sure if that’s always the case or if the lights just weren’t working, but evening swims aren’t an option. That said, we’ve been visiting 30A for years, and this was our first time staying in the Blue Mountain Beach are and we absolutely loved it! Highly recommend this home!

    This home was truly amazing and very well kept the pictures do this home no justice at all. The golf cart that comes with the home is so beneficial in getting to all the local shops and the close by beach access point. The inside of the home was truly immaculate and definitely worth taking in all the amenities offered. The outside shower is a great addition especially coming back from the beach to wash off all the sand. I did also enjoy the outdoor grill and my family enjoyed it as well eating some hot dogs. Overall, this home is a gem for anyone who wants peace, relaxation, beach access convenience and family fun. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for having us as your guests till next time.
