Locally Operated
Callista by 360 Blue is based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, in the heart of the 30A, midway between Destin and Panama City Beach. And we are also one of the largest employers in the area. Our headquarters serve as a homebase for all of our in-house teams, from Maintenance to Marketing.

We serve as your local hosts, providing seamless booking, check-ins, thoughtful amenities, and in-depth local knowledge. We also offer helpful services and unforgettable experiences that keep our guests coming back year after year.
Maintenance

Housekeeping
Our Housekeeping Department trains every crew member to the same exacting standards. We also assign the same team to the same homes week after week, allowing them to become intimately familiar with every property in their care.
Revenue Management
Our in-house Revenue Management team is constantly monitoring and adjusting rates based on real-time market data observations. When demand surges, they are the first to see it. When occupancy falls, they see that as well and keep our homes booked at optimized rates.
Marketing
Our award-winning, in-house Marketing team is dedicated to developing the most effective marketing strategies in the vacation rental space. Our website is designed to enhance conversion by presenting each home’s unique selling points to our ever-expanding database of known luxury travelers.
Accounting
With Callista by 360 Blue, homeowners never question if they will be paid on time or if the payment will be the proper amount. The Callista by 360 Blue Story
When Callista by 360 Blue was launched in January of 2022, we had one goal: To become the best mid-size luxury vacation rental company on the Emerald Coast. To achieve this, we would focus on investing in our employees. By taking care of our people, we reasoned, we would provide extraordinary service to our guests and homeowners. The strategy worked. Soon, we were representing the finest collection of mid-size luxury vacation homes in Northwest Florida. Not surprisingly, the average tenure of our staff far exceeded the industry average. The service they provided our guests and homeowners was commensurately superior.
Two years earlier, in 2020, 360 Blue had joined forces with Natural Retreats, a luxury vacation rental company whose mission and values were aligned with our own. Natural Retreats, however, offered boutique-level service in iconic destinations nationwide—from Palm Springs to Park City to Big Sky and beyond. With the introduction of Callista by 360 Blue in 2022, these high-end travelers who loved the Natural Retreats brand were offered an alternative in luxury accommodations here on the Emerald Coast.
Today, Callista’s approach and goals remain unchanged. Our commitment is to provide distinctively personalized service to both homeowners and guests. We believe travel is fundamental to the well-being of the individual and essential to the greater good. So join us.

Sandcastle Kids is a local nonprofit that helps make an Emerald Coast
vacation a reality for families who have children with cancer. Thanks to
the generosity of our homeowners, Sandcastle Kids has provided
cost-free vacations to dozens of these families.
