Callista by 360 Blue is based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, in the heart of the 30A, midway between Destin and Panama City Beach. And we are also one of the largest employers in the area. Our headquarters serve as a homebase for all of our in-house teams, from Maintenance to Marketing.

Maintenance
Ensuring that each home is properly maintained is our primary responsibility. We assigned each homeowner a dedicated in-house Maintenance Tech who is backed by a Maintenance team and specialized service providers who are on call 24 hours a day for any emergency that might arise. We do not charge annual or routine maintenance fees, nor do we markup charges on third-party maintenance services. Best of all: Each of our homeowners has a single point of contact for ALL of their home management needs—their dedicated Property Manager.

Callista by 360 Blue homeowners can enjoy the convenience of our proprietary system that enables owners to log in remotely at any time of day to review owner’s statements, check booking pace, or to book a personal stay.
Another benefit of the portal is your ability to track bookings and watch revenue increases in ‘real-time.’ And when questions arise, our team is available to help anytime.

Revenue Management

Unlike many property management companies, we have a dedicated Revenue Management team that knows how to drive both revenue and occupancy, keeping a close eye on the metrics that put money in the pockets of our homeowners by utilizing software like Key Data Dashboard and Wheelhouse for real-time dynamic pricing. Our homeowners receive detailed monthly accounting statements showing all fiscal activity. Moreover, they won’t see any administrative fees or statement markups—because we don’t have any. We also pay all taxes on behalf of our homeowners.
