HOME HIGHLIGHTS: - Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. Additional parking can be found throughout the community. Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. DETAILS: The primary bedroom with a king bed enjoys porch access and a private bathroom with a shower. Another guest bedroom is on the first floor with a queen bed and connecting bath. There are two additional guest bedrooms upstairs, one furnished with a king and the other with two sets of bunks. A new walk-in shower with rainfall shower head is also on the second floor. There are flat screen TV's in every bedroom except the bunk room and a large wall-mounted flat screen with Apple TV in the living room. 9 Lyonia Lane is located in the Phase I WaterColor Tennis District within walking distance to the WaterColor tennis courts and Seaside's Artist District and restaurants. This home is 6 blocks from the beach- perfect for active families who want to experience all that WaterColor resort has to offer. With its prime location leave your car behind and use the 4 adult bikes provided to explore the neighborhood and local restaurants. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. *Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.
