Great house. Great location. An 8 min walk to seaside shops a 15 min walk to beach club and a one minute walk to the tennis courts! Very clean and the furniture very comfortable.

Fabulous home. Great location. Perfectly stocked and best porches for hanging out with the family. The room positioning was great for us too. We had a great time at Watercolor. 9 Lyonia Way is a cute, homey cottage. We made a lot of memories. The path that runs along side the tennis courts into Seaside and the swing bed on the screened in porch were two of the main reasons I chose this particular house.

This house is awesome! One of the best things is the location. You are away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside being located on a quiet street in Watercolor yet only a 5 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants. Also a pretty easy walk to the beach. The house has a remodeled kitchen and was very clean upon arrival.

We had THE BEST time at 9 Lyonia Lane. We spent so many mornings drinking coffee and reading on both the front and back porches. We loved walking over to the tennis courts and biking to Camp Watercolor. The house was perfect! Our girls especially loved playing upstairs and sleeping in the bunk beds. We loved the house. However, it was not clean upon arrival and we had to make two requests for it to be cleaned. We were very disappointed in the bike rental service as well. Overall we loved the home, but were very disappointed with the management services by Blue 360.

We had a fabulous stay at 9 Lyonia Lane! The weather in early April was perfect for swimming and activities outside. We enjoyed riding our bikes that were provided to see the houses, trails, pools, shopping district and beach. We have stayed at many other properties in the area. A few using 360 Props. This is THE cleanest home we have ever stayed in, hands down. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come again. The House is very clean and well maintained. The 360 Blue App with all relevant information and the keyless door lock are very convenient. Bicycles are a major mode of transportation in Watercolor/Seaside. Resort Facilities, the beach and the Seaside Town Center are only a short ride away. We did not use the car at all. The perfect place to relax.
