An open living, dining, and kitchen area with hardwood floors provide ample space to unwind and catch up after a long, fun-filled day of playing at the beach. A queen sleeper sofa faces a wall-mounted TV and a dining table that seats 6-8 with bench seating. A cozy window seat is a nice place to curl up with a glass of wine or a book while food is being prepared in a kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 3. Behind the kitchen, a door reveals a fabulous playroom with a comfy sofa, a bookcase filled with paperbacks and games, a TV, and a fun foosball table. A bunk room off the playroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Doors open to a beautiful fenced-in yard with a large pool, gas grill, a corn hole game, Adirondack chairs, and views of swaying palm trees. On the second floor, a primary and guest bedroom opens to a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. Guests in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guests staying at 1 By the Sea have options for beach access. The closest beach access is the Beachwood Villas Beach Access. Follow Sand Dollar Court west to Somerset Bridge Road and head south on Somerset Bridge Road. Cross Scenic 30A to reach the walkover. Please note, there is limited public beach access, and beach service is not offered. A larger access is the Santa Clara regional beach access. Walk south on Somerset Bridge Road to Scenic 30A. Turn right onto 30A. Parking for the access is on both the south and north of 30A. Beach chair service, bonfires, parking, and restrooms are available at this access.     We had a great experience! The house had a perfect setup to share with another family with young kids. Private backyard to play and swim in the pool was ideal. Safe and relaxing! We were an easy bike ride away from everything we needed. We would come back and stay here again for sure!
