Located within the Seagrove Beach community, south of Scenic 30A, this area is known for its laid-back atmosphere, sun-soaked beaches, and attractions like Deer Lake State Park. This cottage-style home will capture guests' hearts with its private heated pool and proximity to the beach! Guests can gather in the open-concept great room on the main floor of this cozy home. With a large, comfortable sectional in the living area, there's space for the whole family to unwind in front of the TV. Have a group dinner at the 8-person dining table. The modern kitchen includes high-end appliances and granite countertops, with plenty of room for prepping meals and snacks. The back door in the kitchen provides access to the wide porch and backyard. Cook up lunch on the grill or relax by the pool under the Gulf sun. Enjoy the quiet seclusion of this small oasis with surrounding treetops and privacy fencing. At night, 2 guest bedrooms can be found on this floor, each with a king bed and a private bath. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. For additional sleeping options, head to the second floor to find 2 guest bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The first guest bedroom has 2 full beds, and the second guest bedroom has 1 full bed. A small alcove with a loveseat in the hall provides a cozy reading nook. There's parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway, and guests can easily discover the surrounding area using the 4 complimentary adult bikes. The closest beach access is the Eastern Lake Public Beach Access, only a 5-minute walk away. Head south on Dalton Drive. Turn left on Eastern Lake Road and continue until the road begins to curve.
