Traditional and coastal décor mix throughout this bright condo. A spacious combined living, dining, and kitchen area includes panoramic views of the dunes. Woven furniture and a cozy couch offer the perfect spot to relax and bask in the sunlight. The kitchen is made for gatherings, with gleaming countertops, high-end appliances, and an open-concept so guests can cook while still enjoying the company of family and friends. Gather at the dining table that seats 8 for a fueling breakfast before hitting the beach. Additional seating for 5 is at the breakfast bar and there’s a 4-person table on the wraparound porch. Step outside to enjoy a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico! After a day of beach fun, retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, patio access, and a 50” TV with cable. Across the way, there are 2 guest bedrooms—1 bedroom has a king bed and patio access, the other bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both guest bedrooms include Smart TVs with cable and private bathrooms. A laundry room is near the entryway of the condo for easy laundering of swimsuits and beach towels. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines. *We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400. *Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian.     We've stayed in Watersound several times before, but this was the first time using Callista to book the visit. We could not be more pleased with how well they coordinated the rental.     Condo was great, communication was great leading up to, and following our stay. However, It was challenging to communicate during the stay. I’d suggest creating a chat room or text message concierge because calling and leaving a voice mail was inefficient.
