Crisp white shiplap walls, mixed with pops of blue, woven rugs, and natural wood floors, create an inviting and cheerful environment throughout this 2-story home. The living area’s plush couch and loveseat beckon guests to sit back and enjoy evenings filled with chardonnay and endless conversation. Adjacent barn doors lead to a media room with a TV, 2 armchairs, and a soft couch—a cozy spot for movie nights or entertaining little ones. Around the corner, past the dining table for 8, is the chef’s kitchen featuring high-end appliances and an island that doubles as a 4-stool breakfast bar. A sunny sitting room with 4 armchairs and a TV is to the side and leads out to the peaceful backyard. Stroll out to find a propane grill and a charming outdoor living area. Our family group of 14 stayed for 6 days and it was wonderful. Very few complaints. One being the kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced/upgraded and there need to be more kitchen towels provided. We cooked almost every meal at the house so it was a challenge to do so with the lack of good cookware. The only other complaint is the need of a vacuum to use for getting sand off of the floors. Otherwise, the property was fantastic and we would love to come back again! There were ample towels for the property which was very nice. Quiet little street that was very close to the beach!!

Everything inside was great. Property could use some clean up on outside. Empty flower pots, pergola in back was dirty and around pool, stained rug on front porch.

Loved the kitchen and it had all the things we needed to cook daily for our group of 10. The best amount of towels for each bathroom in a rental ever! The bikes were used daily. The bunk beds are great for kids but for our toddlers, there was no door to keep them in and you couldn't tell that from pictures. The 2 baby gates provided were so helpful, as were the 2 areas with tvs we turned into playrooms. There is only 1 bathroom upstairs for the 2 king rooms and bunk beds.

We had a wonderful stay! The decor is charming, the house is spacious and comfortable, and the pool was big. The location is excellent-- just a short 5-7 min walk to the beach, or a fun ride in a golf cart. Having included bikes made the trip to the beach a breeze. We also appreciated the included baby gates as we had children too young for stairs.
A couple of things to note: the Wi-Fi stopped working during our stay due to a storm and unfortunately wasn’t able to be fixed in a timely manner, which made it difficult for us to work remotely. Also, the listing advertised a sleeper sofa, but the couch in the media room was not actually a pull-out bed. These issues aside, we had a great time and appreciated many aspects of the property. We would love to visit again.
