SECOND FLOOR:
- Guest Bedroom: Full-over-Full Bunk Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo
- Guest Bedroom: Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed

*Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.

**Please note that in order to utilize the Low-Speed Vehicle that comes with the home, you will be required to pay a $30 non-refundable deposit to 30a Gulf Carts.
