Our long weekend at the Salty Longhorn was fabulous! The house was beautiful & had everything we needed from a functional kitchen, comfortable furniture, relaxing bedrooms & spa-like bathrooms. We also liked the laundry room with a sink & washer/dryer. We ate all our meals on the back porch & enjoyed the pool area. There were plenty of private spaces like the office, crow’s nest sitting area & front porch swing for quiet get aways.
We enjoyed using the golf cart & bikes for riding & transporting beach gear on the short trip to the beach access spot. Lastly, we appreciated the dog friendly policy. Our dogs had a blast too! Blue Mountain beach is gorgeous & offered lots to do! I would definitely book this house again!

The cleanliness of our vacation home was like none I’ve ever seen! It was so clean and the little necessities for the bathrooms and kitchen were a life-saver when we forgot to bring some needed items. I will definitely book a Callista home again! We loved our stay at the Salty Longhorn! Our family traveled with my parents and the set up of the house couldn’t have been better with a master suite on the main floor and another on the second floor. Plus there were two more bedrooms and the bonus space upstairs for our kids. Plenty of room for everyone! Neighborhood felt very safe and it was quiet, peaceful and quaint. Walkable to restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed riding the provided bikes to the beach and taking the low speed vehicle (like a golf cart) they provided to restaurants and shops. The gas tank was full and all instructions for the golf cart, bikes and house were so easy as they sent us a full manual with everything we needed to know! The house was absolutely spotless . We felt so comfortable and at home. kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook good meals! Pool was clean. Beach access was just a 3-4 minute walk and not busy at all. Perfect spot for a quiet family vacation without traffic!
