We enjoyed this home for our 2 week stay in Dune Allen. The location was perfect with the beach view and constant sounds of the ocean. My only complaint was that the closets were full of unnecessary items that prevented them from being used and the sofa was not comfortable.

This condo was perfect for our vacation- 2 adults and 4 teens! Plenty of space and location was perfect- walking distance to Gulf Place. Top floor, away from the pool provided a quieter experience. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful beach views; saw dolphins a few mornings. Starter packs of soaps and lotions in each bathroom along with a lovely starter pack of dishwasher and laundry pods, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. A surprise vacation-size olive oil for cooking was perfect. Overall amazing experience with quieter, laid back location on 30A but 20/30 min drive to Seaside and Rosemary if you feel the need.

301 Palms at Dune Allen was a fabulous property. Great location on 30A right on the beach without all the traffic of other communities on 30A. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. We definitely will be booking a return trip.
