This beautiful 30A community offers a thriving town center, nature trails, and family-friendly community events. Enjoy unwinding on the home’s sprawling porches, taking advantage of the community’s enormous lagoon-style pool, or relaxing on the white sand beach—only a short stroll away!

Tucked along a palm-lined road, this 3-story home is a stunning example of classic, coastal elegance. Step inside to find seagrass, starfish, and other beach accents paired with traditional furnishings, charming wainscoting, and plenty of natural light. The bright living space beckons guests to gather on the soft couch, loveseat, and 2 armchairs, all set around the TV for movie nights filled with laughter and popcorn. The chef’s kitchen is centrally located, with high-end appliances for easy culinary creation and 2 breakfast bars with 3 stools on either side.
