SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10):
FIRST FLOOR:
- Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower Only

SECOND FLOOR:
- Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo
- Guest Bedroom: Two Full-over-Full Bunk Beds and Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed in Private Nook, Private Bathroom With Shower/Tub Combo

THIRD FLOOR:
- Additional Living Area: Loft and Porch with Gulf Views

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*The Water's Edge Board of Directors has instituted a curfew for everyone 18 years old and under of 8:00 PM effective immediately!
This curfew will follow the same guidelines put forth by Rosemary Beach and they consist of:

1. Curfew for anyone under the age of 18 not accompanied by their parents. They will be asked to return to their rental property or leave Water's Edge if they are not guests.
Refusal may result in criminal charges.
Security will be on premises and will be verifying they are guests of Water's Edge.

2. No backpacks, coolers, bags, etc., capable of concealing alcohol or other illegal contraband will be allowed.

3. Dry beach (no alcohol) 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
This curfew will extend for the duration of Fall Breaks and may extend past that time at the direction of the Board of Directors, depending on compliance and the safety of the community.
