We loved the unit at 71 Santa Clara, We stayed mid-July. The house was as nice a place you will find at the incredible price. We had 8 people in our party, 4 adults and 4 teenagers 18 to 12 years old. We never felt like we didn't have enough room. If you are tall don't take the upstairs king bed(HAHA). Everyone had their own bed and the kitchen and living room area was such a great place to hang out... Im not sure where to start for outside the house, We felt like were living in a mansion with the pool area. Chairs, tables, grill, umbrellas, TV, couch, chair, and pool that was the best i have ever used in the Destin - 30A area. Because the Ocean had red flag most of the week we spent tons of time in the pool. It allowed the 8 of us to Bond so much and soak up the sunrays and sleep under an umbrella or sit in the hot tub that surrounds one end of the pool. Kids used the bikes to go for a ride and we used the comfort of being close to the road ( about 5 houses away) so we can go on early walks to the main square. Its about a 3 mile round trip walk. Dont hesitate on this house, It is one of the best on 30A

This house was perfect for two families and young kids! Very easy walk to beach and even had a beach wagon we could use. I cannot express enough how wonderful the pool was with the hot tub! Door alarm was easy to figure out and no set up needed. Just push the button before you open the door to go outside or inside. We had a mishap with pool and it was taken care of within the same day. There was also a baby gate which I wish I had known about before bringing my own. Such a gem of a home!
