During this period, residents and guests should expect significant construction activity, including the boarding of windows and restricted access to balconies in affected buildings. *Weddings or parties/groups of people or guests of guests are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
